Test Open Apollo on Fedora.

Test checklist

1. Install deps: sudo dnf install dkms kernel-devel gcc make
2. Run sudo bash scripts/install.sh
3. Playback + capture test
4. PipeWire virtual I/O setup

Notes

• Fedora uses PipeWire by default (good)
• WirePlumber version may differ from Ubuntu's
• SELinux may interfere with udev scripts or device access
• Kernel version may differ — DKMS should handle it

Installed on Fedora Linux 43 (kernel 6.19.11-200.fc43.x86_64) with my Apollo Twin X and everything is running fine.

Only requirement I have is that I need Secure Boot. I had to add this line /usr/src/kernels/$(uname -r)/scripts/sign-file sha256 /etc/pki/akmods/private/private_key.priv /etc/pki/akmods/certs/public_key.der "$PROJECT_DIR/driver/ua_apollo.ko" to sign the driver between step 3 and 4 in install.sh. I do not know enough about other linux distributions to create a pull request to handle driver signature gracefully. I will also need to edit the DKMS setup to handle this.
