Heatmap SaaS does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
- Payment must be received before service delivery
- Refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation
- Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Usage overage charges apply at standard rates
Heatmap SaaS commits to 99.9% uptime for the API endpoint. In case of service disruption exceeding 4 hours, affected customers receive service credits.
Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Heatmap SaaS maintains industry-standard security practices and complies with GDPR and CCPA regulations.
