• Adopter: issues w/NCMEC flow are no longer code issues; going through i.e. 400 images is a pain, especially for media-heavy platforms
  • Improve NCMEC view/flow to handle image gallery #517
  • Other review tools have stacked similar photos (like Google Photos); could do this using HMA match distance
  • Sem to file an issue if there’s not one 🙏
  • For media-heavy platforms, are there other ways we can optimize the Coop UI for that flow? I.e. text-heavy versus image-heavy workflows. We’d want to get input from real adopters using it in prod.
    • Have to balance the one-by-one wants from a platform with the niceties of a batch-style media flow; HMA could help, could potentially be configurable in Coop
    • Would love input from adopters like @ThatKoffe, @jess-upscrolled

Cut a 0.3 release, maybe post-docs-merge?

Development Improvements:

• Switching to pnpm as package manager #337 Do we want to switch to pnpm? Would also swap out really deprecated deps around TypeScript
  • @ThisIsMissEm could spend some time setting this up
  • @serendipty01 has feat: add pnpm as package manager #224 as a draft, but may not have time in the next two weeks to finish
• Release tooling: we don’t currently have tooling other than GitHub Releases
  • @ThisIsMissEm would be interested in looking into better tooling, e.g. changeset
• Build and serve client assets from the server container #433 would be nice; @ThisIsMissEm to take a look
• Docker images (enabled by release tooling + pnpm + Build and serve client assets from the server container #433)
