tidy up the API -
- move more to impl package, and make the impl stuff private[impl]
- improve relationship navigation for all of the relationships
- extends /extended by - API tidyup #110
- overrides - rework overrides relationship navigation #113

- delete legacy APIs started in - API tidyup #110 and rework overrides relationship navigation #113 finished in - Minor cleanup and added stub for Protected change level #11
- use Iterator rather that concrete collections in the more API to avoid hydrating collections

- reduce duplicate data written to CSV
- reduce useless data written to CSV ( e.g. refers )
