Dont use minify on server when using cloudflare

I don't know which update started it, but wrangler dev stopped working. I turn off minification for the server build to try to debug the problem, but it fixed itself.

The error happened only when minify set to true and then ran with wrangler CLI. When deployed to Cloudflare, the build actually works.
Where should I report this?

It's maybe an issue in my vite plugin. I will try to debug this asap.
