Use a snapshot as part of a notification

I've added my camera IVS rules to a group and on any rule firing a notification Is fired. 

Is there a camera snapshot url I could add a notification attachment for showing an image.  I'd prefer to not pull the snapshot before sending the notification as that adds quite a delay. 

So was hoping there was a path for proxying image so it can be picked up after the fact.
