Include sample deployments for Posit Publisher #122
Description
Taking this idea from [the sample deployments used in the Data Science Workflows with Posit Tools - Python Focus Conf workshop I was wondering if we might want to drop in some sample deployments for Posit Publisher. We can do this for both Python and R projects to make it easier to demonstrate publishing from VS Code (and later, Positron). Thoughts?
