Adding other countries (Canada)

Thanks so much for open sourcing everything :).

I have a fork with the Canadian provinces and have pushed it up to AWS: rtlive.ca

Would you guys be interested in linking to it from rt.live?

Alternatively, I'd be happy to add Canada as an ACTIVE_COUNTRY to the project and point to it the different model message pack.
