Missing 3.1.0 git tag and github release?

I see that 3.1.0 has been released on rubygems.org, but it appears that neither tags nor releases are currently registered in this repository.

This would be useful for showing differences when proposing upgrades, so if it is simply an oversight, could you please add them?

I've been looking at the releases section to see if a Rails 8.1 compatible version had been released, what @r7kamura suggest would have helped indeed!
