it'd be great if the embedded-hal repo could get issue labels for the different crates as it's a monorepo and it's sometimes hard to find the issues for a specific crate.

I've added those labels to the repo so they're now available for use in issues.

is there anything missing for embedded-io and embedded-io-async to be released as v1.0? there's this issue but it seems that nothing came up which warrants holding off on the release: rust-embedded/embedded-hal#566

according to the e-h msrv docs the MSRV bump would be breaking (couldn't be done as 0.6.2), however i wonder if that's really an issue in this case since this is about rust 1.81 which is now 11 months old? so i guess we could release v1.0 and use the semver trick to release v0.6.2 to avoid ripple effects?
