Monitor GCP via Wiz

We have some Rust Project projects in GCP: the backups, dev-desktops and crater for example.

And also some Rust Foundation projects, such as the security-initiative project.

We want to add wiz monitoring there.

It would be nice to just monitor the entire organization via wiz.
