Custom commands for select runnable

When I use the rust analyzer run command I get 2-3 pop up options that I can select.

cargo check -p cratename --all-targets
cargo test -p cratename --all-targets

I'd like to be able to run cargo check -p cratename --all-targets --all-features how can i modify my settings to do this?
