Is it possible to generate hexadecimal constants?

Lines like

#define FOO    0x12345678

become

pub const FOO: u32 = 305419896;

Is it possible to have the rust binding to be in hex as well or match the original radix?
Additional question - is it possible to dictate the type of the const to, say, usize instead of u32 ?
