Consider moving QOTW before events

The list of events keeps growing and therefore pushing down the QOTW. By virtue of their geographic orientation, the majority of events will be uninteresting to most readers, while the QOTW while being less serious has presumably a broader appeal.

Alternatively, maybe collapse the events list somehow, maybe by continent or something?

i like this idea - probably moving qotw, the reddit jobs thread, and reddit discussion thread above the events would make sense. let me see if any of the other editors have thoughts on this.

I'm not so sure... Maybe it's just me, but QOTW feels appropriate "as a wrap" for the newsletter. (Just my 2¢)

I think I like the idea that the QOTW is the wraup, AND that it is a reason for folks to scroll down through the events.
