Hi! I have a problem.
PC configuration: Intel i5-7400/8 GB RAM/SSD 256 GB/Windows 10 Pro 22H2 In the service logs I found errors in the check-hwcodec-config folder: Any ideas what to do about this? Previously we used TeamViewer/AnyDesk on this PC, no similar problems were observed. |

I understand that the problem is most likely on the PC side and is related to a lack of rights. However, I don't quite understand how to fix this. Is the application running as a service, with the "Local Service" account, and so has almost systemic rights. But UAC somehow blocks calls... |

No, the username on the RustDesk server, the username on the remote computer, and the username on my PC are not the same.

Perhaps not entirely on topic, but for such situations it would be nice to be able to disable hardware encoding via "Strategies". |

In the general build
Could you run this one in the controlled side with hardware codec enabled? h264/h265 option may invisible because it's not actually supported, but waiting for image will not happen.
