Connection Issues with External Devices on RustDesk Server Pro (Self-Host)

I am using the RustDesk Server Pro in self-host mode, but I can only communicate with devices that are connected to my server. I am unable to connect to devices that are not using my server. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there any solution or configuration that I should check?
