Account permissions for access to web console

Would it be possible, when creating a new user, to add the possibility of choosing access permissions to the web console? That is, to have the possibility of creating users with specific permissions for the various sections.

For example, in my case, I would need an account with the permission to access the web console but not with admin permissions. Specifically, I would like it to have access only to the device section (to enable, disable, delete a device) without displaying the other sections.
