Add dynamic tagging and address books

It would be great if tags and address books could be dynamic (regex) based on e.g. IP Address/Range, Computername.
This way if you have thousands of devices, they would be automatically grouped and tagged.

Simple example:
You have thousands of devices worldwide that are identifiable by name or IP.
UKLN123 (UK, London, Device 123)
DEFR223 (Germany, Frankfurt, Device 123)

You could have a dynamic Address Book for each country with regex "DE." or "UK.",
and tag them by location "DEFR." or "UKLN."
