Allow Admins to edit client settings remotely

Custom clients have the option to disable client access to e.g. network settings. This is a nice option to hide your key, etc.

Sometimes admins need to check network settings are correct but cannot if they are disabled in the client.

It would be nice to have a way for Admins to view & edit client settings even if they are disabled for the client.
