Add an advanced settings to "Plug out all Virtual display"

Hi
Is it possible to add in the advanced setting an option to plug out by default the virtual screens ?

When we're connected to specific device (till with touch screen), the users can't use the touch screen (like it's not calibrated).
We have to disable the option in order to let the user use the touch screen (using a mouse is fine).
