add ability to see when a client was last on-line #751

One of the biggest challenges I face when managing a large number of systems in RustDesk is identifying and filtering out devices that are no longer in use. I run an MSP and use RustDesk as my primary remote access solution—it works really well overall. However, over time, as I replace computers and deploy new RustDesk instances, the older ones naturally go offline. The problem is, there’s no easy way to tell which of those offline systems have been replaced or are simply inactive. As a result, my device list becomes cluttered with outdated entries that still consume licenses. Currently, I go through the list manually and try to disable the systems I know are no longer in use. But this process is time-consuming and prone to error. A simple but powerful improvement would be to add a “Last Seen Online” column to the device list. This would make it significantly easier to identify inactive systems at a glance and remove or disable them accordingly—freeing up licenses and keeping the environment clean and organized. |

It is ready in latest server Pro. You can also sort by last online, move mouse to the online dot, you will see the time. You can also batch delete offline and disabled devices now.
