Allow custom name on web interfaces

Currently we can use a custom name for the customer build clients, which is great, but when you browser to the Rustdesk Console or Web Client, it still shows the name Rustdesk. Would it please be possible to allow us to customise the name shown, so we can use the customer name throughout to stop any confusion. Don't mind a little Powered by Rustdesk.

Hope this feature request makes sense.

Can either be a environment variable, or something you set in the Settings menu of Rustdesk Console
