Hi, we are new Pro users, so far just starting to get our legs under us shall we say and so far getting good feedback our team and users. We love the speed and self-hosting is a critical part for us to ensure security and preserve our ability to respond when other systems we leverage are having issues beyond our control.

We are very long time ScreenConnect users and there are a few things they do that we have become used to that may be beneficial to other MSP users like us and likely others.

First, the Device Access view allows you to see and group access to larger groups of devices.

Please also note the powerful search box that allows us to search via any variable from device name, network address, serial number and more.

I would say the second critical feature for us as an MSP is full white label across both agent and web access. That control ensures that users know we are responsible and leads to less confusion. They do not know or need to worry about SplashTop, TeamViewer or whatever, they just need to know this is a tool we have vetted for them to safely use and trust.
