Modify server and api configuration of the custom client without reintalling

Is it possible to modify the server and API configuration of the custom client?

The settings are disabled by default in the custom client, and reinstalling all the clients is not a viable option.

This applies to both of the full client and the one for incoming connections only.

It is not possible, you have to reinstall.

Most of users manage such case with RMM tool, intune, or deployment tool etc.
