Rustdesk Web "The connection is not allowed"

I use RustDesk Basic for 100 devices.
Everything works great so far, but I can't use the Rustdesk WebClient. I always get an error message (see screenshot).
The server runs on a VPS hosted by IONOS.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get Rust Desk Web to work?

Does that mean you have to log in compulsively?
I've actually disabled this feature.

If the device you want to control is assigned to any device group or user? You can check it from web conole.
Or if the number of concurrent connectoin of your license >= 1?

No, it is not assigned to any group.
It cannot be due to the permitted connections either.

Could it be related to this API error?

Coud you show me your "devices" page on web console which shows the controlled device?

Also could you show me the full "settings"-"others" page on web console?

This device is assigned to 'admin' user. That's the reason.
