Training EffDet w\wo pre-trained back bone?

I am trying to train EfficientDet-d0 to reproduce your results.
Should training be done with pre-trained weights to the B0 backbone or simply initialize the entire model with random weight?

I train w/ imagenet weights for backbone. That is the default for the included train script.
