Form improvements

I like DaisyUI but I found form examples not perfect in my opinion. Also the only examples with forms I found is in Fieldset component so it kind of enforces to use fieldsets.

So these are my findings:

1. Fieldsets should be used optionally - there should be form examples without fieldsets
2. Examples that use fieldsets use labels with size 12px and gray color - hard to read. I noticed that fieldset sets this font size (0.75rem) - not expected that fieldset changes font size as it affects labels, etc..
3. It would be great to see form example with different kind of controls (checkbox), layout, additional messages under fields. In my opinion shadcn uses good structure for forms: https://ui.shadcn.com/docs/components/radix/field so it can be used as a reference.

It would probably require new additional utility css classes but I think it is must-have in such popular UI library.
