Add support for LiteBan's table name prefix

You have the option to change the table prefix for LiteBans, and it would be nice if it was possible to configure the module to still work.

I think that since the configuration can be done through the panel, that it would make sense to allow choosing the table names or prefix within the same interface. (But I'll do this for now)
