Does not work with latest Balzor and .net core

Errors:

• Component 'reCAPTCHA' starts with a lowercase character. Component names cannot start with a lowercase character.
• Component parameter 'Something.Client.reCAPTCHA.OnExpired' should be public.
• Component parameter 'Something.Client.reCAPTCHA.OnSuccess' should be public.
• Component parameter 'Something.Client.reCAPTCHA.SiteKey' should be public.
• The name 'DotNetObjectRef' does not exist in the current context

Can you please fix it?
