Exporter includes prior CSV files in zip

This is for flexible = TRUE and FALSE

When exporting, the resulting file zips additional csv data... possibly from prior tenant of the same name which was deleted in the past? (Does this happen in staging or is it because it is local dev?)

Details

New tenant test 1

• deleted a tenant
• created a new tenant with the same name
• ran an export: type: full, export from: all, CSV parser, included generated: false, include thumbnails: false
• Resulting zip file:

• created a new tenant with a name I've never used before
• ran an export: type: full, export from: all, CSV parser, included generated: false, include thumbnails: false

my results after exporting from an importer: I wasn't expecting to see 2 csvs. one includes "all" vs just my importer, and "all" contains data that doesn't exit in the tenant. it seems to have landscape_hires_4000x2667_6.83mb.jpg which is coming from the sample/valkyrie_servicerb#load_sample_data.
