Create draft of shared glossary for Hyku and Hyrax

Per conversation in #7293 , create a draft of a shared glossary for Hyku and Hyrax. Use the structure proposed in the comments and start with the existing terms in the glossaries for the individual products.

Per the 12/16/2025 Documentation Interest Group call, the shared glossary should live on the Samvera wiki and be linked to from the Hyrax and Hyku documentation sites. We can reuse the existing Hyrax glossary page since it already exists on the Samvera wiki and eventually link to it under the Technology heading on the Samvera wiki home page. We may also want to use icons to indicate Hyrax vs Hyku.
