Finalisation giving `UNCERTAIN` for all

Hello,

I'm currently trying to use your tool, but I'm encountering some issues

I have a list of hypothesis, I'm running the hound.py finalize <project>, however for all of them I get UNCERTAIN, and then

I found no source code to validate the claim

I found that no source code was provided, so I cannot verify

Upon reviewing the provided source, there is no code available to inspect

etc.. you get it.

Did I do something wrong when creating the project that the LLM isn't able to look through my source code?

And also used the whitelist_builder.py

Do you still have the source code in the same location as when you first created the project? The finalize stage tries to access those files directly.
If you run hound project list, does it show the correct path?

I'm within the 3rd one, and the project hound is ../.. before, but yes, all the source files of the projects, are still within the same directory

Another thing to check is the repo_path in the project manifest:

cat ~/.hound/projects/{project_name}/manifest/manifest.json | jq .repo_path
