ROMA-generated relaxng schema is buggy #94

Description

The relaxng schema file Sharon generated in ROMA works in oXygen, but it crashed the Python lxml validator. Re-generating the schema from the ODD document in OxGarage produced a different file that worked. Modifying the schema in the ODD file is a pain, but ROMA doesn't even seem to upload a file for modification anymore, so we may just have to use this method.

For what it's worth, this issue was discovered when I was creating an internal document editor for the AEME platform. You can now edit and validate the code from within the platform, so you can do transcription side by side with the image. It's not as good as oXygen, but it's pretty close—and much easier if you're working on a laptop.
