[BUG] Sequence doesn't exist on SelfHostedHub after reconnect

Describe the bug
Sequence doesn't exist on SelfHostedHub after reconnect

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add new Self Hosted Hub
2. Upload sequence and start it
3. Reconnect hub
4. Instance is running, but doesn't exist on lists, only when we type si inst ls

Version (please complete the following information):

• STH version: 1.0
• node version: 18.19
• os: macOs

Additional information like logs, screenshots etc.
