Versioning the package schema?

Should we be versioning the json-schema?

This would come in handy once we start updating it.

I think unless we start decentralizing this, all records should abide to the latest version.

I think versioning would be useful if the schema adds fields that require manually adding information.

So, this would include email addresses, names, test info, etc.

I wouldn't want to have to do that all in one go
