More flexible task configuration

Currently, [tasks](https://github.com/searchisko/mbox_tools/tree/master/mbox_indexer/src/main/java/org/searchisko/mbox/task) are configured via command line parameters. As we add more parameters this is becoming very inflexible. It would be better to provide a single configuration file for task. It can be JSON with flexible structure.
