Lua Editor only enabled when opening scripts from objects

Description

New script editor UI is only enabled when opening a script from an object rather than from inventory

Reproduction steps

Open a script from Inventory

[AtlasLinden]

To test:

1. Move a Lua script from an object to Inventory
2. Open the Lua script from Inventory and observe if correct Compiler is selected
3. Verify that Lua syntax is highlighted and that the script can be saved
