Add translation support for AcadeMix subcategories #102

- We need to be able to add translations for subcategories. For now, there are only two languages and they are Sinhala and Tamil.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Create the add a translation feature for the subcategories
Additional context
- Since this has been done for Categories use this PR to get a better idea.
