Responsive issue in home page #projects section #1640

Describe the bug
The our projects cards at the middle of the home page on your website are not responsive. And that section has no wrap in the mobile view.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'SEF Home Page'
- Scroll down to 'Our Projects' Section
- Go to browser responsive option
- See error
Expected behavior
This card-deck section is made of a flex box. I would like to change its CSS and make it more responsive and fix this issue.
