[Request for comments] Cleanup

Dear enthusiast,

I have some spare time on the horizon and would like to do some housekeeping, including:

- Replacing broken links with archive links  
- Marking archived repositories and zombie projects  
- Providing repository links where available  
- Adding missing descriptions  

Would this be fine with you? Is there anything else you would like me to address as part of the housekeeping?
