[ Security ] Evaluate if Claude check should be more robust

Background

The esteemed @gavinelder pointed me to a more robust membership check than what I implemented.

Evaluate whether we need to make the existing check more robust / flexible. (I prefer to keep GHAs more simple / terse to ease maintenance, but will budge from this position when it comes to security issues).
