As an IS or SD, I can respond to a fatality

So that I can ensure that person's record status is updated and RESET operations can recovery

AC:

• IS can indicate an exit destination of "Death in facility"
• SD can indicate an exit destination of "Death in custody"
• When a person record has an exit destination of either "Death in facility" or "Death in custody", IS or SD should not have to confirm physical exit, or execute a formal release.
• Any holds associated with this person should be released. The person record should not appear on any lists (e.g., "in custody", "released", etc).
