Generate and file 647(f) RWS document #303
Description
/AC:
- When the arrested person has been transferred into the custody of the SFSO Deputy, we need to generate the "647(f) RWS" document as a PDF, and e-mail it to the SFPD records department.
- This document must be re-generated and re-sent when PII is changed after custody transfer. This means we may need to track more than 1 version of the 647(f), and someone reading the 647(f) should understand which is the most recent version.
Document structure
There is no template for the 647(f). Structure it as follows:
Title: "647(f) RWS"
Facility: "RESET"
**Sub-title": "Generated and filed at [time/date]; version [#]"
Contents: a simple table. From this spreadsheet, set the values in column 1 to be the fields listed in the spreadsheet "Field" column that have "Required" or "Optional" in the spreadsheet "647(f)" column; and the values in column 2 should be the stored values for each of these fields that have been entered or auto-generated by the app.
Footer: "This document auto-generated at [time/date] by CareConnect."
