The 849(b) is a "non-arrest" release form. It must be generated and filed to legally record the release from detention of the intoxicated person at RESET.

AC:

• Generate the 849(b) form based on data gathered by SFPD Officers and SFSO Deputies
• E-mail the 849(b) form to supervisors as defined in the Deputy's profile account (preset, provided by SFSO)
• E-mail to SFPD records office (TBD)
