Generate and make available the certificate of release for printing #305
Description
The certificate of release is printed by the SD and given to the person being released.
It must also be attached to same e-mail as the 849(b).
AC:
- Use the template
- Complete template with available details per field mapping
- Make available for printing
- Include in same e-mail as 849(b)
Field mapping:
- Subject's name -> Person's full name
- on -> date
- at -> time
- Subject's name -> Person's full name
- was released on -> month, date, year, time
- Deputy's rank, name, star # -> Deputy full name
- Unit identifier -> Unit
- Deputy's signature & star # -> Deputy full name & star number
