Segment Fault in version 3.x

I use the prebuild shaka-package to remux, and it segment fault in Linux(centos) when process some audio mp4 fles, the same version and command line work well on OSX

This is the command line and version info(using 3.4.2 as example)

And this is my audio input file.

All the version of 3.X have the same issue, and 2.X work well
