Compatibility with Libreelec 9 Leia based releases

In this thread you created addons for the Generic and Rpi/Arm based versions of Libreelec.

I have confirmed that it works flawlessly on Krypton based versions but when used with the latest Leia based ones, although the addon installs and there are no errors produced, any recording output does not trigger Comskip upon completion.

All of the settings in TVHeadend are confirmed as being correct.

I wonder if it might be possible to build versions that work with the latest releases.

As I'm currently travelling (and will be for a while), I'm not able to compile for Leia or look into the issue further unfortunately.

Although reading the end of the thread referenced, it looks like comskip has been included in the tvheadend addon so this addon is likely unnecessary going forward. Don't have access to my LibreELEC system to check though.
