Im getting IMPORT FAIL

Can you please tell me how to install onnxruntime? Where should I enter pip install onnxruntime-gpu ?

Im getting this error:
VAEDecode
Given groups=1, weight of size [512, 16, 3, 3], expected input[1, 4, 128, 128] to have 16 channels, but got 4 channels instead

Any ideas why?
