Publish shows error message but GitLab pipeline succeeds

Description

Users report seeing an error message when publishing their website, even though the GitLab pipeline completes successfully and the site is accessible online.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a site in Silex (v3.silex.me)
2. Publish the site
3. An error message is displayed (see screenshot in forum thread)
4. However, the GitLab pipeline passes and the site is deployed correctly

Expected behavior

No error message should be shown when publishing succeeds.

Actual behavior

An error notification appears despite successful publication. The "verify it here" link leads to the homepage instead of the published site.

Environment

• Silex v3 (v3.silex.me)
• User account created at v3 launch (not a new account)
• Not related to GitLab monthly quota (pipeline passes)

• Needs testing with a template to confirm if also reproducible there, I can't reproduce with an empty site
