What to build

Make the Cost and Context Peak health tiles drillable. Cost click → popover with a proportional token-mix bar (input / output / cache read / cache write), the per-bucket numbers, model + pricing tier, and the estimated flag. Context Peak click → inline full-width panel with the context curve, a dashed 80% breach line, and labeled compaction markers. Outside-click and Esc dismiss. Charts redraw on theme toggle. Interaction reference: v6 prototype grafts G4/G5.

Acceptance criteria

• Cost drill shows token mix + model/tier + estimated flag; closes on outside-click and Esc
• Context drill shows curve + 80% breach line + compaction markers from real distill data
• Both drills token-correct in both themes; charts redraw on toggle
• Sessions without context/token data degrade to non-drillable tiles (no dead affordance)
• Full suite, typecheck, lint green
